We're hiring a Remote Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support our insurance agency’s growth and client satisfaction efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and wants to grow within the insurance industry. Customer retention is a key part of this role, and commission opportunities are available for those who go above and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver responsive, friendly support to clients via phone, email, and text
- Strengthen customer loyalty by proactively addressing policy needs and concerns
- Assist with billing, coverage updates, and service requests
- Help identify opportunities for additional coverage or products
- Support retention efforts through follow-ups and quality service
- Work closely with licensed agents to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy with good time management
- A quiet, professional home office setup with strong internet connection
- Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (we’ll guide you through the process)
