We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Verification Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity of our data management processes and supporting various departments by maintaining high-quality data standards.
Responsibilities:
Review and verify data entries in databases and spreadsheets for accuracy and completeness.- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data records.
- Ensure compliance with data entry policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data management processes.
- Maintain detailed records of data verification activities and report findings to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data verification protocols and best practices.
- Provide support for data-related inquiries and assist in training staff on data entry standards.
- Perform routine audits on data to ensure ongoing accuracy and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools relevant to data verification and management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.- Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The pay range for this role is:
27 - 30 USD per hour(Remote (Greensboro, North Carolina, US))
