About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Offsite Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative department. This full-time, hourly position offers the flexibility to work remotely while supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and proficiency in English to ensure seamless communication and workflow management.
What You'll Do
- Provide virtual administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other written materials in English.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth collaboration and task management.
- Maintain electronic filing systems to ensure proper organization and easy retrieval of information.
- Handle data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in planning and executing administrative projects as directed by leadership.
- Respond promptly to email inquiries and provide excellent customer service through remote channels.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with remote communication, including use of virtual tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- High level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
The pay range for this role is:
23.19 - 35.23 USD per hour(Remote (Athens, Georgia, US))
