We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information and solutions to their questions or concerns.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex queries to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Assist in developing and improving chat scripts and FAQs to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.- Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in live chat or online environments.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Allentown, Pennsylvania, US))
