About MiniDJ.com: MiniDJ.com, a division of Q Squared Systems, LLC, leases an innovative DJ system to partners (DJs and event businesses) and supports direct customer bookings, driving growth in the event industry. We’re seeking a Part-Time Remote Account Representative to close partner deals, manage relationships, and follow up on website leads.
Job Description: Join our team to secure partnerships and manage relationships for the MiniDJ system while handling customer lead follow-ups. You’ll handle initial outreach and all communications for partner inquiries, pitching and closing lease agreements using Zoho CRM for lead tracking and Zoho Sign for sending agreements. Our in-house team will join initial discussions to vet partners, ensuring quality placements. You’ll maintain relationships with partners to support sales and retention. You’ll also manage 10-20 website leads/week with minimal time per lead to filter or convert into direct bookings. Work around 12 hours/week as a contractor, pitching flexible lease options with a special incentive for longer commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial outreach and all communications for partner inquiries/month via phone/email.
- Use Zoho CRM to track leads and Zoho Sign to send agreements, collaborating with our team for partner vetting.
- Maintain relationships with partners through regular check-ins to support sales and retention.
- Follow up on website leads via email/phone.
- Report interactions to our team via email.
Requirements:
- 2+ year of sales, account/customer relationship management, phone-based sales, or customer service experience, ideally in equipment leasing, tech, or event services.
- Strong phone and email communication skills for deal closing and relationship building.
- Comfortable using Zoho tools for lead tracking and agreement sending (training provided).
- Self-motivated, able to manage time in a 12-hour/week contractor role.
- Reliable internet and phone setup for remote work.
- DJ or event industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
