About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Remote Text Chat Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries via text-based platforms. This full-time, hourly position is ideal for someone fluent in English who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while working from the comfort of their home.
What You'll Do
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries through text-based communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer accounts, orders, and discrepancies.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications.
- Collaborate with other team members or departments to address more complex customer inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data at all times.
- Identify trends in customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes or services.
- Meet or exceed established goals for response times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluent in written English with exceptional grammar and spelling.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in a text-based or remote role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in using chat and ticketing platforms, as well as basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed.
The pay range for this role is:
22.15 - 32.40 USD per hour(Remote (Las Vegas, Nevada, US))
