Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and ensuring the highest quality of tile installations on residential job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing ceramic and porcelain tiles, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs as needed, including re-grouting, tile replacement, and cleanup.
- Ensure work meets company and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with installation teams and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with tile installation and/or tile repair.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards in construction.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years in tile installation or repair.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Familiarity with various tile materials (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, etc.)
