Medical Record Billing Specialist Ross Reporting Services, Inc. - South - Houston, TX

Ross Reporting Services, Inc. located near Ellington Field in SE Houston, Texas is seeking enthusiastic Medical Record Specialists to join our team. As a Medical Record Specialist, you are responsible for assisting clients and medical facilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Hours: Monday – Friday (Full Time)
Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Place outgoing phone calls to follow up and check status on current work orders
• Implement strong job skills to meet weekly goals
• Take ownership of client concerns and satisfaction
• Research and resolve client questions, inquiries, requests and problems in an accurate, timely and empathetic manner during telephone conversations
• Provide a high level of customer service in accordance with state policies and guidelines
• Stay informed about changes in policy, procedures and services in order to provide accurate information to customers
• Qualifications:
• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge with MR8 Meta Records is a bonus,

• Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word, keyboarding experience is needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An effective team player with a strong work ethic
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Ability to complete tasks in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize work
• Knowledge and background in requesting documentation from medical facilities is preferred
