Research Assistant I
A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Oversee the management and maintenance of the PI’s RedCap (Electronic Data Capturing System) project databases. Collaborate with the research team to ensure timely and accurate data entry, monitor data quality. Generate reports and perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
As a Research Assistant, duties will include screening, scheduling, and an active role in sensory pain testing sessions, as well as answering phone calls from potential participants and active participants. Participation in team meetings to align with research goals is also required.
Maintain the PI’s research-related websites, ensuring content is current and relevant.
Provide technical assistance to ensure website functionality, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring efficient operation. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to RedCap, web design tools, and presentation software.
A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in database management, IRB submissions, human subjects research, and carrying out department or grant-funded research studies including randomized clinical trials. Must have a high attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
