We are currently seeking a Resident Services Specialist!
Responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the property building and grounds in a supportive role as well as showing and leasing apartments, townhomes, or condominiums to prospective residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and property grounds
- Prepare units for occupancy and show
- Perform leasing duties such as completing applications, collecting deposits, and assists with the move in and renewal process
- Collect delinquent rents
- Handle resident requests and complaints
Requirements:
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience
- Property maintenance/handyman experience
- Knowledge of and ability to operate various hand tools
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and accurately maintain required logs and records
- A positive attitude and an ability to communicate and work well with others
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of required application information, screening processes, and policies regarding rentals

Compensation: Part-Time $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
