We are actively looking for a an ambitious individual who can efficiently aid in the completion of a wide variety of project or even lead a team.

- We are looking for a hardworking Construction helper to aid us with our construction tasks. You will learn how to use various tools, equipment and materials to renovate bathrooms, kitchens, patios, etc. As a construction helper, you will be required to work long hours outside in all weather conditions. We expect you to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. You are essential as you perform basic tasks that help construction projects move smoothly and finish faster. Construction helpers typically don’t need formal training; however, on-the-job training is provided for those with little experience. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives under stressful conditions and is always eager to learn new skills. A current working knowledge of basic construction and experience with a variety of tools is preferred. Opportunity to grow within the company is available to those who are seeking a future of more responsibility and potential. Self motivated and ambitious candidate seeking growth into role of project manager or supervisor preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lifting and moving various construction materials such as lumber, concrete, debris, etc.
- Commuting to and from job site and/or material pickup.
- Use hand tools to measure, cut and shape construction materials.
- Operate equipment used in construction projects like electric saws, compressor equipment, drills, sprayers, etc.
- Tend to machine equipment to ensure proper functioning and repair.
- Be comfortable using ladders safely.
- Installation of fixtures.
- Organization of equipment and inventory.
- Dispose of debris and waste products.
- Clear up debris after completion of a project.
- Offer on site customer service to the general public.
- Basic photography and social media management preferred.
