We're a modern, tech-enabled residential cleaning service connecting skilled independent cleaners with clients in need of exceptional service. Think of us as the "Uber" for home cleaning—offering you the flexibility to choose jobs that fit your schedule without the hassle of marketing, client acquisition, or administrative tasks.
But to be clear, please don't treat this like some gig platform that doesn't require you to be a professional to actually do the job, or where most personal behaviors are acceptable. Your business is in people's most sacred spaces, their homes. So we must move accordingly. If we're on the same page about that, then please keep reading!

We are just launching in the area so jobs may not immediately be available. We want to make sure we know what pros we have and in what areas before we open, because due to our marketing and customer acquisition strategy, we anticipate quick bookings once we go live. Role Overview
We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our network. Whether you're an individual cleaner or a small business with a team, we provide opportunities that match your availability and service area.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services, including:
- Standard and deep cleans
- Move-in/move-out cleanings
- Communicate professionally and timely with clients and Time 2 Clean
- Manage your schedule and accept jobs that align with your availability
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience; however, any combination of residential, commercial, or hospitality/food service experience may be substituted for up to one (1) year of residential cleaning experience
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- General liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1M per occurrence/$2M aggregate, or willing to obtain before signing agreement (business insurance, NOT auto insurance)
- Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Professional references (minimum of 2)
