Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Our House Cleaners play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' environments are clean, safe, and welcoming.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and other fabrics as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
- Execute carpet cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens by washing dishes, sanitizing countertops, and cleaning appliances.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
