We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Painter to join our team. This role involves interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and surface preparation for residential and light commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have professional painting experience, pride in their work, and the ability to deliver a clean, high-quality finish.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and repair surfaces by sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Perform drywall repairs, patching, and minor texturing
- Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean jobsite
- Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Follow company standards for quality and safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience (residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques
- Drywall finishing and repair experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must have basic painting tools (company provides specialty tools & supplies)
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Compensation & Benefits

Schedule
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
- 8-hour shifts

Pay: $23.02 - $27.72 per hour
