Job Summary
JEA Contracting is seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Remodeler to join our team. With over 20 years of experience, we take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship on projects ranging from custom home builds to full-scale remodels, including kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-house renovations.
Requirements are listed below.
Experience in:
- Framing & Carpentry (rough and finish work)
- Drywall (installation, taping, mudding, finishing, and repair)
- Flooring (tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and subfloor prep)
- Tile Work (backsplashes, showers, bathrooms, and flooring)
- Painting (interior and exterior, including prep and finishing)
- Cabinet Installation & Trim Work
- Basic Plumbing & Electrical Knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of residential remodeling or construction experience.
