We are a first-class casual restaurant located right on the water in Capitola Village that serves freshly prepared Mexican Seafood. Job Description:
- Part-time, including weekends and holidays. Minimum of 3 shifts/week
-Bus & re-set tables, assist in food & beverage running, maintain cleanliness standards of restaurant, set-up and breakdown of restaurant
- Support the restaurant to ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive and friendly service
- Show a high level of awareness of guest experience, and have an overall passion for hospitality
-Uphold company standards of service; must adhere to house policies, procedures, standards, and training programs
-Participate in communication regarding the shift and overall operations with fellow team members and management
Qualifications:
- Experience in food and beverage preferred.
- Highly engaged with a strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work team environment. Ideal candidate promotes teamwork and exudes positive employee morale
- Ability to make well informed yet quick decisions for the good of the restaurant
- Highly energetic with a positive and supportive work style
