Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within our fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Toast and Micros for efficient order processing.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service/fast food environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Strong culinary skills or kitchen experience is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
