We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our growing team.
1 position is open now:
A Monday option, Tuesdays 9-2 or 5, Wednesday through Saturday 9-5
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen staff by assisting with product packaging, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Room to grow and advance in this fast growing food brand.
No experience necessary and preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the packaging of our products.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food handling practices meet health regulations.
- Support butchers and customers by providing timely assistance and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools.
- Participate in catering events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and cleanup.
- Grow and train in additional roles in production.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable.
- Basic knife skills and experience with meal preparation techniques are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 42 per week
