Job Title: Retail Sales Associate – Window Tint & Auto Services
Compensation: Hourly + Commission
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to promote and sell our premium window tinting and auto enhancement services. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right services, explaining benefits, and closing sales. This role combines retail sales skills with automotive enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and explain the features/benefits of window tint and other services (detailing, PPF, ceramic coatings, etc.)
- Provide accurate price quotes and service timelines
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs
- Process payments and schedule appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals/reviews
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge or interest in automotive services a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish)
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate
