Join Kuorum Partners Wealth as an independent Retirement Solutions & Insurance Consultant and take control of your business and your income. This role gives you the flexibility to set your own schedule, work from anywhere, and serve clients with proven solutions for Social Security optimization and life insurance protection.

What We Provide:
- $500/week business development stipend during ramp-up (non-recoverable 1099 advance)
- RSSA Certification paid in full ($3,400+ value) upon meeting onboarding terms
- Priority, no-cost RSSA appointment leads for your first 90–180 days

- Starting commission level at 50%, with potential increases based on performance
- Access to expanded sales channels and alternate lead sources
- State licensing and compliance support to get you appointed quickly
- Priority lead distribution for founding agents
What You’ll Do (Recommended Activities):
- Meet with clients to provide Social Security and life insurance solutions
- Follow up on provided leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities
- Complete RSSA certification and maintain all state licensing requirements
- Engage in proactive business development to grow your client base
- Uphold all compliance and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Life & Health insurance license (multiple states preferred)
- Strong communication skills and client service focus
- Self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own business
- Ability to complete a standard background screening
