Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with delivery service providers (DSPs) to resolve delivery issues.
Track and manage anomalies, including damaged, lost, or delayed packages.
Handle return package processes for each state.
Communicate with recipients to verify address accuracy and update spreadsheets.
Maintain and update files and spreadsheets to ensure accurate recipient information records.
Initiate redelivery orders and ensure goods are accurately returned to the warehouse.
Manage and resolve issues related to abnormal packages.
Coordinate with DSPs to handle abnormal packages and resolve issues appropriately.
Collaborate closely with relevant teams to drive issue resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
Complete other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:
Experience in warehouse-related positions.
Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
Solid mechanical knowledge and ability to safely operate heavy machinery and equipment.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong teamwork spirit.
High school diploma or equivalent and above.
Good Chinese and English language skills are required.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
