Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Revenue Manager to support our expanding portfolio. This role plays a critical part in optimizing revenue performance across Shaner Hotels' managed and owned properties. The position may be based remotely or at our Corporate Office in State College, Pennsylvania.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies tailored to individual hotel properties.
- Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitive intelligence to optimize pricing and inventory.
- Collaborate with property-level teams to ensure alignment with revenue strategies.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with hotel staff and corporate colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Management/Sales
- Knowledge of the Industry’s reservations and yield management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Technologically proficient with solid computer skills.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
