What You’ll Do:
- Be a leader and a mentor—guide RN Supervisors, LPNs, and CNAs across 24/7 care coverage.
- Coordinate care from intake to discharge like a symphony conductor—efficient, beautiful, and on time.
- Use your clinical brainpower to spot trends, solve problems, and elevate care quality.
- Communicate like a pro—with your team, your residents, and their families.
- Train, coach, inspire—then repeat. Help your team grow into their full potential.
- Bring creativity and best practices to care planning and resident support.
- Help us raise the bar on resident outcomes, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.
- Foster a work culture that values joy, home-like living, and just the right amount of laughter.
Who You Are:
- A Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Pennsylvania license
- You’ve got at least 5 years of skilled nursing experience and 2+ years of leadership under your belt
- You love a good care plan and a well-run shift
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and quick to pivot when needed
- Your communication skills? Chef’s kiss!
- You believe quality care includes quality of life—and you lead your team accordingly
