We are looking for the best Road and Utility Construction Project Manager in the area to join our team to work on commercial projects around the Rapid City area. We offer immediate growth and training potential for workers dedicated to their craft. Candidates must have construction experience and be willing to travel in a 1 hour radius of Rapid City.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction
Management or Civic Engineering preferred
Proficient with excel, bluebeam and planswift
Ability to type 35 words per minute
Job Description/Duties
Plan and implement schedule
Determine construction methods, budgets, material and equipment
Manage multiple projects from inception to completion
Complete project in a timely manner and under budget
Required to implement Safety Handbook
Work long hours and weekends when necessary
Effective communication, time management and leadership skills
Requirements/Responsibilities
Basic communication skills
Provide personal tools
Provide daily maintenance of equipment/tools
Required to follow Safety Handbook

Relocation Incentive
Superintendents and Project Managers:
Individuals from out-of-state who come to work in South Dakota can receive a $2,000 Relocation Incentive.
The $2,000 workforce relocation incentive will be paid directly to an employee hired from out-of-state to work in South Dakota. The first incentive installment of $1,000 will be paid after 90 consecutive days of employment, averaging at least 40 hours worked per week. The second $1,000 will be paid after 365 days of employment, averaging at least 40 hours worked per week.
