Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing LLC, is a trusted provider of exterior home improvement and repair services. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We're currently seeking a skilled and reliable Exterior Repair Technician to join our team.
Duties
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform repairs and renovations on various residential properties.
- Restore damaged areas by fabricating new components as needed.
- Wood Repairs including facia and soffit replacement or restoration
- Roofing Repairs including shingle, metal and tile roofs. Finding and Fixing leaks and repairing flashings
- Gutter Repairs, including sealing miters and end caps. Alignment and replacement of small components.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine material needs and project timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Experience
- Knowledge of residential homes and exterior repair work.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and construction techniques is essential.
- Experience with carpentry work and roofing and gutter repairs
- Ability to read schematics and perform basic construction estimating will be beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
Qualifications
- 2 +Years of experience in exterior home repairs (carpentry and wood repairs, Roofing, Gutters)
- comfortable working on ladders and roof tops
- valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- strong work ethic and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.77 - $28.63 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
