Job Title: Roofer (Laborer & Foreman Positions Available)

Positions Available1. Roofer Laborer
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading/unloading materials.
- Remove old roofing and prepare surfaces.
- Carry, cut, and install roofing materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE.
Requirements:
- Previous roofing experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
2. Roofing Foreman
Responsibilities:
- Lead roofing crews and manage daily job site operations.
- Read and interpret plans/specifications.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients.
- Enforce safety protocols.
Requirements:
- 3+ years roofing experience, including crew supervision.
- Strong knowledge of [shingle/tile/metal/flat] installation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make on-the-spot decisions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
