As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you’ll be a key part of our high-performing sales team—helping customers find the best roofing solution for their home or business, while managing projects to completion. You’ll collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure a smooth, professional experience that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our roofing solutions.
- Collaborate with operations, estimating, and customer service to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee multiple projects to ensure they’re on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Provide clients with regular project updates alongside the operations team.
- Maintain strong communication to ensure a positive client experience.
- Join daily sales calls, weekly meetings, and required training sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven success in solar sales with a strong track record of hitting targets
- Sales experience in roofing, HVAC, construction, or remodeling is a big plus
- Solid understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation
- Skilled at managing multiple projects from start to finish
- Strong negotiation, communication, and people skills
- Ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships
- Proficient with CRM platforms and sales tools
