Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service will contribute significantly to our guests' overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel as required.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
