Wanted: Route Driver with CDL, (minimum Class B), willing to be home every night and excited to be in the Agriculture industry. Commission is paid in addition to base wage once driver is route proficient.
Job Duties:
- Always maintain a professional appearance
- Develop load lists for each route
- Properly stock truck for each day
- Ensure vehicles comply with state and federal laws
- Deliver products to farms and place them in the proper location
- Accurately invoice every item that is sold
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Responsible for meeting all state, local, and federal laws regarding licensing and driving.
- Maintain Class A or Class B licensing, medical examiners card and federal background check.
- Pass regular drug and alcohol screenings.
- Be an excellent communicator both verbally and written.
- Route drivers must be able to lift at least 50lbs. and maneuver in excess of 500lbs. to the intended location at the farm (carts provided).
- Drivers must be able to manage getting in and out of trucks multiple times daily.
- Willing to obtain Hazardous Material and tanker endorsements.
