Job Title: Route Driver – Secure Shredding (Non-CDL)
Pay: $24–$27/hour + bonuses
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (no nights)
Location: Based in Western Massachusetts (routes vary daily)

- You do not have a clean driving record
- You do not have 2+ years driving a 24-ft box truck (non-CDL OK)
Key Requirements:
- Valid Class D license (non-CDL)
- 2+ years commercial experience driving 24-ft box truck in the past 5 years
- Clean driving record
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs
- Drug-free, tobacco-free, felony/misdemeanor conviction-free
Job Summary:
Drive a 26-ft (nose-to-rear) shredding truck on established daily routes including Boston metro, Hartford metro, and Providence metro. Pick up and destroy confidential documents on-site at businesses and institutions. Be the trusted, friendly face of a veteran-owned, mission-driven company.
