Your Role

• Own end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) / Run Operations delivery for enterprise applications.
• Manage production support, incident, problem, and change management while ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.
• Lead customer governance, stakeholder management, escalations, and service review meetings.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, automation, and service stability initiatives.
• Manage delivery teams, resource planning, capacity management, and basic financial/governance activities.

Your Profile

• 15+ years of IT experience with strong ADM/AMS Application Support background.
• Technical foundation in Java, .NET, C#, J2EE, or other custom application technologies.
• Hands-on experience in Run Operations, Production Support, Incident, Problem & Change Management.
• ITIL, ServiceNow/JIRA, SLA/KPI governance, stakeholder and client management.
• Team leadership experience along with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and operational governance.
