Responsibilities:
- Assist with salad preparation for lunch, dinner and catering events
- Wash, chop, and assemble ingredients for salads
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines for consistent results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general kitchen duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
