Duties

- Supervise junior staff as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
Skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in a grocery store environment is preferred but not required.
- Cash handling experience is essential for maintaining accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that drive customer interest and sales.
- Supervisory skills may be beneficial for overseeing junior staff during shifts.
