About the Role
As a Financial Services Account Executive, you’ll be the frontline champion of our services—building relationships, educating clients, and driving growth every day. This is your chance to join a dynamic team, elevate your career, and make a real impact on people’s lives.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with Warm Leads: Take calls from our specialized appointment‑setting team—you’ll only engage prospects who’ve already expressed interest.
- Confirm & Qualify: Verify each lead’s needs and readiness, ensuring they’re set for the next step in our credit repair process.
- Educate & Advise: Dive deep into our credit solutions—explain program details, answer questions, and tailor recommendations to each client’s situation.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify chances to introduce additional services or premium packages that boost client results and your commissions.
- Close the Sale: Guide interested prospects to commitment—secure signed agreements and hand off to our onboarding team smoothly.
- Maintain CRM Excellence: Log every interaction, note next steps, and ensure follow‑ups are timely—no lead gets left behind.
- Be Our Brand Champion: Embody La Reyna Del Crédito’s mission on every call, delivering an outstanding customer experience that builds loyalty and referrals.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual Excellence: Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales.
- Sales Savvy: Persuasive communicator, comfortable handling objections and closing over the phone.
- Self‑Starter: Goal‑oriented, highly motivated, and eager to exceed targets.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit and a passion for helping others succeed.
