Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Design Associate to support our experienced Design Consultants. This is a career-track position designed to train and develop you into a full-fledged Design Consultant within approximately one year.
You’ll learn the ins and outs of custom closet design, client interaction, and sales strategy while assisting with project coordination, design preparation, and customer service. This is a unique opportunity to grow into a high-earning, long-term role in a stable and respected company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Design Consultants with client appointments, measurements, and design planning
- Prepare design presentations and proposals using our design software
- Coordinate with installation teams and ensure project timelines are met
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Learn the full sales process with the goal of transitioning into a Design Consultant role
- Work out of our showroom to assist walk-in clients and showcase our custom closet solutions
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and client inquiries
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in design, home organization, or sales
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning design software
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
