Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
- Engage in retail sales activities, providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Participate in outside sales efforts by visiting clients and attending industry events as needed.
- Assist in sales management tasks, including reporting on sales metrics and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Experience in both inside and outside sales environments is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer feedback effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Evenings as needed
