Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee all sales activities, manage client relationships, and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth. This individual will be responsible for generating and converting leads, developing brand presence, and ensuring an outstanding client experience throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through closing contracts for custom home builds and lot sales.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, print, event, and community channels.
- Conduct property tours, client meetings, and presentations to showcase projects and offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, brokers, and community partners.
- Negotiate and prepare purchase agreements, lot contracts, and design-build packages.
- Oversee marketing content including brochures, presentations, website updates, and advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze sales performance, lead conversions, and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership, design, and construction teams to align sales strategies with project delivery.
- Plan and coordinate sales events, community launches, and client showcases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate, preferably within luxury residential construction or high-end real estate.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong marketing knowledge, including branding, digital campaigns, and event coordination.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with high-net-worth clientele and deliver a professional, concierge-level client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
