Shetakis Wholesalers is wholesale food distributor in North Las Vegas, Nevada seeking a MOTIVATED and RELIABLE Full-Time Sales Assistant. Candidates must be quality-minded, patient, outgoing and able to work with our Account Managers and customers. The successful candidate will learn a wide range of new skills with opportunities for advancement.
Job Description
- Perform a wide range of duties to support our Sales Representatives and help service our customers.
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns.
- Maintain customer bid files.
- Complete filing.
- Resolve problems and execute follow up.
- Make customer deliveries.
- Work overtime as required.
Skills and Requirements
- Possess strong PC skills.
- Be proficient in Data Entry.
- Experience in order entry to a host program.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook with Moderate to Strong Excel Skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
- Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Able to problem solve and deal with complex situations.
- Able to manage processes, procedures and priorities.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Possess strong communications skills, both verbal & written.
- Possess strong 10-Key Skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., load product, unload product and complete deliveries.
- Ability to safely operate a Heavy Duty pickup truck including backing up and maneuvering in confined spaces.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Occasional use of personal vehicle to make deliveries.
- Ability to maintain continuous personal vehicle insurance.
- Typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, must be flexible and willing to work overtime.

Compensation
$16 = $17 per hour DOE, salary progression commensurate with performance.
