The Vehicle Upgrade Manager will be directly involved in working with customers who currently own a car, crossover, SUV assisting them in upgrading their vehicle . This position is the image and face of our Sales and Service Department to our Customers. We need enthusiastic, inherently helpful people on our team who will do their very best to make a sales transition into a new vehicle.
Job Duties:
Use Equity Mining Tools , Vauto , Xtime and Eleads .
- Promote Vehicle Upgrade options in Sales and Service Department of Dealership
- Identify qualified opportunities for sales staff
- Obtain customer information and keep an accurate database using ADP CRM.
- Schedule appointments using dealership approved forms and ADP CRM system.
- Work with customers while in for service for possible upgrade opportunities
- Keep a daily log of upgrade opportunities/appointments and communicate with management
- Stay up to date on current manufacture incentives and current sales specials the dealership is offering.
- Exude great customer service to all customers
- Extensive face to face/phone/email interaction
- Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary
- Customer callbacks
- Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales experience a must.
- Finance & Insurance experience a plus
- CDK/ADP knowledge a plus
- Experience handling in/outbound calls
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization & ability to multi-task
- Thrive in fast paced environment
- POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND TEAM PLAYER!!!!!
- Strong PC and Internet Skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Submit to and successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to designated locations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including inventory management and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Negotiate delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Engage in cold calling as needed to secure new delivery opportunities or address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support retail sales initiatives and market expansion.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for managing inventory counts and delivery documentation.
- Previous experience in a dealership or retail sales environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
