We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customer in purchasing firearms and related accessories.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Process customers using POS system.
- Assist them in selecting firearms and accessories based on their needs, and provide detailed information about product features, specs and pricing.
- Maintain inventory and keep sales floor organized.
- Assist customer with entering 4473 and Background checks
- Stock store with merchandise that is received daily
- Check range customers in and out of the range
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of most types of guns; pistols, revolvers, rifles, & shotguns
- Prior sales experience is a definite asset
- Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to convert a Targetmaster customer to a buyer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Federal, State and local Firearm laws
- Flexible availability

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
