ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership & Client Support:
- Assist with research and outreach to local businesses, convention groups, and tourism organizations.
- Help coordinate meetings and maintain records of partner interactions.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and proposals.
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Contribute to the development of sales campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in tracking sales leads and customer interactions through CRM tools.
- Support the execution of outbound marketing initiatives targeting group and tourism markets.
Marketing & Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing to support promotional efforts and event planning.
- Participate in the coordination of events and group visits.
- Help develop and distribute marketing content tailored to various customer segments.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Assist in preparing weekly reports and sales forecasts.
- Support data entry and analysis to track performance metrics and ROI of initiatives.
- Help maintain organized files and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field within the past two years.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or event planning within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain a Kentucky Racing License.
