Position Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, is comfortable with consultative sales, and thrives in a relaxed yet goal-oriented environment. No prior mattress experience? That’s okay—we provide training and support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm, professional manner
- Listen to customer needs and match them with the right products
- Explain product features, benefits, and financing options
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current promotions
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
- Assist with light cleaning and basic showroom maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willingness to work weekdays and weekends.
