Now, we’re looking for a hungry and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us fill our pipeline with qualified opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
As an SDR, your role is to start conversations with the right people — founders, CMOs, and growth leads — and open the door for our sales team. You’ll use email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to book meetings, qualify leads, and generate interest in how our agency can help their business grow.
- Research and identify high-potential outbound prospects.
- Craft and send personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Manage follow-ups, objections, and scheduling for sales calls.
- Qualify inbound leads and hand off ready prospects to Account Executives.
- Track activity in CRM and consistently hit weekly outreach and meeting goals.
- Experiment with messaging and targeting to improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal.
- Coachable and eager to improve every week.
- Comfortable with rejection and driven by hitting goals.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Slack, or Loom.
