What you'll do at Jamf:
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Sales Engineering team for the summer. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, supporting initiatives that drive sales productivity and customer success.
You'll gain exposure to real-world projects, sharpen your communication and analytical skills, and learn how technical enablement supports go-to-market success. This role is ideal for someone interested in a future career in sales engineering, enablement, or customer success in the tech industry.
This role is offered as hybrid, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week of your choosing. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Minneapolis, MN. #LI-Hybrid
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of enablement content (e.g., documentation, presentations, video tutorials)
- Support planning and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
- Help collect and analyze feedback from the field to improve enablement initiatives
- Contribute to internal tools and resources that enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing
What we are looking for:
- Active "student" status - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or other related field is preferred) (Required)
- HS Diploma / GED Degree (Required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Interest in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus
- Participation in ongoing security training is mandatory.
- Established security protocols will be adhered to, sensitive data will be handled responsibly, and data protection practices are followed, including understanding relevant privacy regulations and reporting breaches.
- Acknowledging the Jamf Code of Conduct, where applicable security and privacy policies can be found, is a requirement of all roles at Jamf.
