Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly to maximize satisfaction.
- Utilize ZOHO or similar CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve marketing strategies.
