Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and customer coordination
- Perform sales data analysis and generate regular performance reports
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams in China
- Handle basic financial operations, including tax-related matters and banking transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for both sales and finance functions
- Support internal and external audits when necessary
- Communicate effectively with teams across time zones, especially during early morning or evening hours
Requirements:
- Background in manufacturing or related industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, order management, or finance
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and verbal
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to manage cross-functional communication across time zones
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international coordination

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
