The Role

You'll be the face of our store. Your job is to connect customers with products they'll love, keep the floor looking sharp, and help your team reach its daily goals. Every shift is a chance to pick up new skills and get recognized for what you accomplish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet customers warmly and help them find exactly what they came for (and a few things they didn't know they needed)
• Get to know our product lineup well enough to give confident, helpful recommendations
• Grow the sale by suggesting add-ons and complementary items
• Keep aisles and displays clean, stocked, and welcoming
• Team up with coworkers who cheer each other on
• Pitch in toward daily sales targets and enjoy the ride
