Sales Manager – $100K Base + Bonuses ($160K+ Potential)

At 1st Class Medical, we are a family-owned business and the leading direct-to-consumer retailer of portable oxygen concentrators. We help people with respiratory conditions live better, longer, and more independent lives. There is significant market demand with massive opportunity for sales improvement! We need a Sales Manager who can train closers, hold people accountable, and drive this team to the next level.
What You'll Do:
- Lead 20-30 commission-based phone sales reps (including remote team members in Florida)
- Transform reps into proven closers! — not order takers
- Build a culture of performance, energy, and winning results!
- Hold the team accountable to results-focused KPIs and generate sales data using HubSpot and spreadsheet analysis
- Drive strategy to maximize revenue and achieve 20-35% growth improvements (not incremental changes)
- Create your own management processes to optimize team performance — while we have solid training materials for sales reps, you will have the freedom to build winning management systems
- Report directly to CEO and President of Sales with regular accountability
- Provide weekend support and approval authority for sales team operations

What We Need From You:
- Minimum 3 years managing commission-based sales teams in high-ticket B2C phone sales environment
- Track record of turning around underperforming teams and training reps into high performers!
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), VoIP systems, and strong Google Sheets/Excel skills for performance tracking
- Ability to thrive with minimal direction and create new effective sales and management processes
- Resilience to perform under pressure with drive to succeed and put in the hours needed to win
- Self-sufficient leadership style with commitment to ethical leadership — if you need extensive corporate support or formal management training, this opportunity is not the right fit
- Must pass pre-employment Level II background check
