Sales Manager – Captiview Digital Advertising

Compensation: $140,000/year base salary + up to $70,000 performance bonus (50%)

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and close major accounts. This role is a dual manager-and-rep position—you’ll recruit, train, and manage your team while personally leading high-value opportunities.
You’ll report directly to the primary shareholder and work from our Kirkwood, MO office, with occasional travel (up to one week per month) to other markets outside the St. Louis area.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Recruitment: Hire, train, and mentor sales representatives to hit monthly and quarterly goals.
- Performance Management: Drive activity levels, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching to ensure the team exceeds expectations.
- High-Value Sales: Personally lead major account opportunities and go on key sales calls with your team to close deals.
- CRM Oversight: Manage and optimize CRM tools to ensure accurate sales reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to target high-value prospects across multiple industries.
- Cross-Market Travel: Travel up to one week per month to support and grow sales in additional Captiview markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in advertising, media, or B2B environments.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for closing major accounts.
- Comfort with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $140,000/year
- Performance Bonus: Up to $70,000/year (50% of base) based on individual and team results
