As a Nationwide Outbound Sales Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to represent Powder River Cattle Equipment nationwide, connecting with farmers, ranchers, and agricultural businesses.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and build long-lasting relationships with our valued customers. We are open to considering applicants located in the following states: PA, WV, VA, OH, NC, SC, GA, AL, and FL.

Responsibilities: Prospect and identify new dealers and retail customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and retail customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers, showcasing their features and benefits.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with the internal team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Assist the inside sales team with phone management and incoming orders.
Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in the agricultural or livestock industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience selling premium-priced products, equipment sales experience preferred.
- Proven competence in the four pillars of a sales professional: personal discipline, relationship skills, strategic selling, and tactical selling.
- Ability to assess customer needs and evaluate customer satisfaction.
- Ability to quickly identify problems, approach work from a solutions-based focus, and develop creative solutions to complex issues.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft or other comparable systems is required.
- Proven skills in written and verbal communications, planning, organizing, leadership, and interpersonal relationship building.
- Ability to set and manage priorities.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work without supervision.
- Consistent attendance.
Education and Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of five (5) years of extensive Sales experience in the Agriculture industry.
- Required: Experience with Livestock and Livestock Handling Equipment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in heavy equipment or farm equipment preferred. Must be able to communicate in English (speak, read, comprehend, write).
- Experience working with purchasing departments within Institutions.
- Experience working with responding to RFPs and RFQs
Physical Characteristics:
- Must be able to sit for long periods, along with walking, standing, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling, leaning, and twisting.
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies.

Salary: $40,000-$50,000 annually plus commissions
